AIMfg Centre Director delivered a keynote at the Pratt & Whitney Asia Pacific Excellence Award 2025, held on 12 August.
The Pratt & Whitney Asia Pacific Excellence Award 2025 brought together over 300 participants from maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) and manufacturing sites in Singapore, China, New Zealand, and Turkey to recognise projects that improve processes, productivity, and cost efficiency.
AIMfg was represented by its Centre Director, Dr. Wei Wang, who delivered a keynote on the role of AI in advancing manufacturing and aerospace operations. The session explored how AI can be applied to support predictive maintenance, optimise production processes, and improve repair workflows.
The discussions show how organisations are adopting AI to address operational challenges and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
